About Queensland Urban Ecology

Queensland Urban Ecology provides anti-graffiti, public art works across Brisbane and South East QUEENSLAND on traffic signal boxes and larger sites. We provide artworks for Brisbane City Council, the Department of Main Roads, businesses and individuals.

Queensland Urban Ecology has worked with and provided seminars for the following authorities (and discussed, with many others across the world) towards establishing painting traffic signal box projects:

  • 'Graffiti Hotline UK', Salisbury UK
  • ACT Government, ACT AUST
  • Dublin City Council, Republic of Ireland
  • Belfast City Council, Northern Ireland UK
  • Gold Coast City Council
  • Redlands City Council
  • Pine Rivers Shire Council

We turn potential illegal graffiti sites into art, enhancing spaces. Good art is inspiring.

Original artwork is smart business, costing less than repairing graffiti over and over again. Working with over 600 artists we can arrange art to suit any taste.

Public art enhances spaces, is good for people and business and fosters community pride.

Queensland Urban Ecology also provides conference management, community consultation and the writing of reports and other publications.
